Payment Instructions: If you wish to pay by Cash or Check after the auction, all payments will need to be made in person in our offices at 2600 Airbase Road in Newport, Arkansas. ALL PAYMENTS (over $ 5,000.00) MUST BE MADE BY WIRE TRANSFER or ACH TRANSFER before the end of the day on December 11, 2025. Smaller items under $5,000.00 may be paid via Credit Card with a additional 4% (four percent) Credit Card Convenience Fee. All successful online bidders not completing a wire transfer or ACH Transfer to our account before the end of the business day Thursday December 11, 2025 will have the credit card on file charged for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $500.00 or less and for up to a $500.00 deposit on all other invoices. There will be a additional 5% (five percent) surcharge for using the Credit Card on file as a payment method after the payment deadline.
Registration: In order to register and bid in this auction, you must provide Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc with a credit card with a minimum $500.00 credit line for registration purposes ONLY. Your card will be verified upon registration, but nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangements within 48 hours of the auction close. Otherwise, you may contact the auction company for alternate registration methods. All payments over $5,000.00 must be made by WIRE TRANSFER or ACH TRANSFER. All International buyers not having a U.S. Bank account or not able to provide a letter of credit from a U.S. Bank will be required to make a $20,000.00 minimum deposit to register to bid. Indemnity and Hold Harmless: All buyers agree and understand that the assets being sold in this auction are surplus to the Estate of Lois Root. In order to bid and buy in this auction, the buyer agrees to Indemnify and Hold Harmless the Sellers, The Estate and Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc. and any other party whether individually or as part of a organization involved with this transaction.

Shipping Instructions: Winning bidder is responsible for arranging all shipping and transportation and paying all shipping cost. No items will be removed from its location until paid for in full. All items need to be removed within 7 days of auction completion. There is no loading dock at this location. ***SPECIAL NOTICE*** This auction is in a remote location, down a one lane country road, there is VERY LIMITED ACCESS to this location. A pickup truck with a utility trailer or shorter gooseneck may be able to make the turn into this location but I would not recommend bringing anything larger. We will not have a large loader at this auction, you will need to make arrangements to load and/or lift any items bought at this auction with your own equipment.
Preview Date & Times: We will have a open house/inspection at this location Friday December 5, 2025 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. You can preview items at this location daily during reasonable hours. This location is on a "ONE WAY, DEAD END" country lane and you can be assured the neighbors will see you coming and going, so please respect daylight inspection times.
Location: 722 West Jackson 313 Road, Bradford, AR. From Highway 367 (old Highway 67) in Possum Grape, turn west on Jackson County Road 2, go NW approximately 5.75 miles to Jackson County Road 313, turn west on Jackson Road 313 and follow it to the end of the road and auction location.
