Buyer's Premium: A 10% (ten percent) Buyers Commission will be charged on the first $ 100,000.00 of each item and a 5% (five percent) Buyers commission will be charged on all amounts over $ 100,000.01 per item. WITH A MAXIMUM OF $ 50,000.00 PER ITEM BUYERS COMMISSION IN THIS AUCTION. All applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction unless buyer provides exemption paperwork prior to payment.

Payment Instructions: ALL PAYMENTS (over $ 5,000.00) MUST BE MADE BY WIRE OR ACH TRANSFER before the end of the day on Friday June 20, 2025. Smaller items under $5,000.00 may be paid via Credit Card with a additional 4% (four percent) Credit Card Convenience Fee. All successful online bidders not completing a wire transfer to our account in a timely manner, will have the credit card on file charged for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $500.00 or less and for up to a $500.00 deposit on all other invoices. There will be a additional 5% (five percent) surcharge for using the Credit Card on file as a payment method after the payment deadline.
Registration: In order to register and bid in this auction, you must provide Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc with a credit card with a minimum $500.00 credit line for registration purposes ONLY. Your card will be verified upon registration but nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangements within 48 hours of the auction close. Otherwise, you may contact the auction company for alternate registration methods. All payments over $5,000.00 must be made by WIRE OR ACH TRANSFER. All International buyers not having a U.S. Bank account or not able to provide a letter of credit from a U.S. Bank will be required to make a $20,000.00 minimum deposit to register to bid. Indemnity and Hold Harmless: All buyers of Aircraft, Helicopters, Experimental or Project aircraft will be required to sign a Indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement before removing any assets from this auction. This will be emailed to you and will need to be in our file before we can release any asset that relates to continued aviation.

Shipping Instructions: Winning bidder is responsible for arranging all shipping and transportation and paying all shipping cost. No items will be removed from its location until paid for in full. Smaller items need to be removed within 7 days of auction completion. Most aircraft will be located in hangars or on tie downs. We ask the sellers to provide rent until the end of the month in which the auction takes place. Any aircraft left after the end of the month the buyer will need to make arrangements to pay additional fees for continued storage. There is no loading dock available at auction locations. please plan accordingly.
Preview Date & Times: Aircraft and Assets at this auction are in locked hangars. We have scheduled specific dates and times to inspect the assets. If you are unable to make these previews, contact the auction company at (870) 523-5229 to schedule a inspection. Due to the location of these assets throughout the United States we will have to coordinate with the representative in that area to schedule a inspection, if possible.

We welcome and encourage you to inspect / preview the assets being sold in this auction. Most items are located in locked hangars and on municipal airports behind secured gates with limited access. You will need to make arrangements to gain access to aircraft which may require a appointment. By registering for this and other auctions, buyers, buyer's agents and other related parties acknowledge that the provisions of this agreement ( the auction terms) are governed by the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of laws from any other jurisdiction(s). Further, for the purposes of any action, lawsuit or other proceedings brought to enforce this Agreement, relating to it, or arising from it, the parties hereby submit to and consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jackson County, Arkansas, or the federal courts for the Eastern District of Arkansas, the venue in which this agreement is executed, and no other courts.
Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc. is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the days of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
