Directions

Auction is located at 193 Martin Road in Pocahontas, Arkansas. From the southernmost stoplight in Pocahontas take Highway 67 south approximately 1 mile, turn east on Martin Road and go 1/4 mile to auction location on South side of Road. Watch for Auction Signs and Banners. If flying in, we would recommend landing at Pocahontas Municipal (M70) as we will have quite a bit of the auction lined up on the runway.

Preview

Log Books and Aircraft are available for preview at any time by contacting the auction company. N6678Q is located at the auction location and N8402K is located at the Walnut Ridge Municipal Airport (KARG). Log Books are availble only with a auction company representative. All other items may be previewed at the auction location beginning on April 28, 2022.

Terms

All items are sold "As-Is / Where-Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Aircraft Buyers will be required to complete a "Release of Liability" form before taking possession of any aircraft. All announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over any other material. Complete Terms and Conditions will be available at the auction location and upon registration. There will be a 5% Buyers Commission on the first $100,000.00 of EACH ITEM and 3% Buyers Commission on remaining balance of EACH ITEM.

Payment

All items will need to paid for the day of the auction in US Funds, cash or company check with letter of introduction from issuing bank (if unknown to auction company). Credit Cards will be accepted at this auction with a 4% Convenience Fee. A 5% Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction.

Removal

All items will need to be removed in a timely manner. With aircraft, we understand the logistics involved and will work with the buyers on sufficient time to get the aircraft moved. However, the aircraft should be removed within 15-20 days after the auction. Small items will need to be removed in 10 days or less. We will have loader equipment available at the auction location on Tuesday March 3 and Wednesday March 4, after that all other items will need to be loaded by the buyer.
