Description

The City of Newport and several other entities have surplus aircraft to their needs and will be selling these aircraft at Public Auction on Saturday April 23, 2022 in Newport, Arkansas. Contact the auction company to review logbooks or to schedule looking at these aircraft. All aircraft will be located at Newport Municipal Airport (M19).

Directions

Auction will be conducted at 2600 Airbase Road in Newport, Arkansas. From Highway 67, take Exit 85 and go 3/8 mile west to auction location. Aircraft will be located in hangars at the Newport Municipal Airport (M19). From Highway 67 take Exit 85 and turn East 3 miles to the end of the road and the Newport Municipal Airport.

Location

Aircraft are located at Newport Municipal Airport (M19). Runway 18-36 and 4/22 both are 5000' x 75' with hard surface landing in good shape. Fuel and Jet-A are available at this location. Auction will NOT be conducted at the airport, ACTUAL AUCTION LOCATION IS 2600 AIRBASE ROAD, NEWPORT, AR 72112

Contact Shane Grady at (870) 503-1466 to review logbooks or schedule a viewing of the aircraft. Logbooks are in a locked safe at a offsite location and the aircraft are in locked hangars, so you will need to schedule any viewings of the aircraft before coming into Newport.

All items are sold "As-Is / Where-Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. A 10% Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction. These are abbreviated Terms and Conditions, complete Terms and Conditions are available at the Auction Location.

Payment

All items must be paid for in US Funds, Cash or Company Check (with letter of introduction from issuing bank if unknown to auction company). For all online buyers we will require payment via WIRE TRANSFER ONLY to be received in our account before the end of the day on Tuesday April 26, 2022 Central Standard Time.

Removal

Aircraft will need to be removed within 14 days after completion of the auction and full payment. If longer time is needed we will attempt to work with the buyer. However, all hangars that these aircraft are located in are scheduled for possession by new owners on the 1st of May, 2022
