Terms
All items are sold "AS-IS / WHERE-IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. A 13% Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction. Successful buyers will be required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver before moving any aircraft. Complete Terms and Condition will be available on the website.
Payment
All items must be paid for by US Funds via Wire Transfer by the end of the business day on June 14, 2022. Successful bidders will receive wire instructions with their invoice.
Removal
All items will need to be removed in a timely manner after complete payment is received. All aircraft will be allowed a 30 day "grace" storage period. Any storage after 30 days will need to be negotiated.
