All items sold “AS-IS / WHERE-IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. A 10% Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction. Payment must be made the day of the auction in US Funds (Cash or Company Check, with letter of introduction from issuing bank if unknown to the auction company). Credit Cards will be accepted at this auction with a 4% Convenience Fee. No items will be removed until paid for in full.
All titled vehicles will have titles filled out to the buyer of record, no exceptions. No titles will be given the day of the auction unless the vehicle is paid for in CASH. Titles will be mailed in 7-10 days via USPS Certified Mail. Auctioneer, at his discretion, reserves the right to maintain possession of any asset sold at this auction for a period not to exceed 7 days. All items need to be removed in a timely manner, any items left at the auction location beyond Friday September 27, 2019 at 12:00 pm will be considered “Abandoned In Place” unless previous arrangements have been made.
