Visa, Discover & MasterCard accepted at this auction with a 4% convenience fee. All announcements made at auction take precedence over any other material. NO Buyers commission on personal property.
Terms & Conditions – Real Estate: Real estate will be offered “Subject to Owner Confirmation”. A 10% Buyers Commission will be charged on all Real Estate sold at this auction. A 10% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is due the day of the auction with the balance due at closing in 45 days or less. Seller will pay for ½ closing agent fees, ½ title insurance, ½ revenue stamps and pro-rated taxes until the day of closing. Buyer is responsible for all other closing cost.
