Auction will be held at the old Armory located on the Arkadelphia Arkansas Municipal Airport. From Interstate 30, take Exit 73 and turn back east into Arkadelphia on Highway 8 "Pine Street" approximately 2.5 miles to 6th Street, turn south on 6th Street and go 1.5 miles (Highway 67) to Airport Drive, turn east across the tracks to auction location.
Or Take Exit 69 (Gum Springs Exit), turn southeast on Highway 26 and go 1.7 miles to the intersection of Highway 67, turn north on highway 67 and go 3.5 miles to Airport Drive and turn east across the tracks to auction location.

Terms
All items are sold "As-Is / Where-Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Each person registering at this auction must have a state issued picture ID to get a buyers number. All items must be paid for the day of the auction in US Funds (Cash or Company check, with letter of introduction from issuing bank, if unknown to auction company). Credit Cards will be accepted at this auction with a 4% Convenience Fee. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items purchased in time period set forth on the date of the auction.
A 5% Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction. Titles will not be issued the day of the auction, unless paid for in CASH. All titles will be mailed via USPS Certified Mail within 10 days after completion of the auction to the address registered to the Bidder number. All titles will be filled in to the name and address of the buyer number the vehicle was sold to. Auctioneer retains the right to maintain possession of any asset sold at this auction for a time period not to exceed 7 days at his discretion.
Announcemnets made the day of the auction take precedence over any previously printed material. Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc utilizes Audio and Visual recordings to document our auctions, all persons attending the auction agree to be recorded on audio and video media.
