In the auction business since 1968, Grady Auctions & Realty has seen many changes take place in the auction industry as well as our company. What started as a hobby for Kenneth G. Grady, Sr. 30+ years ago has developed in to a full time auction company capable of conducting sales of any size or nature in this area or nationally as the need dictates. While the majority of our sales are "absolute", "on-site" farm equipment auctions, we regularly conduct real estate, large estate, government agency and industrial / commercial equipment auctions. We also provide specialized services in asset recovery, management and disposal for several lending institutions in and around Arkansas. The last 6-8 years, we have found ourselves conducting more and more real estate auctions. In this time period, Grady Auctions & Realty has sold residential, commercial and agricultural real estate at auction in Central and Northeastern Arkansas. We are one of only a few companies in this state of Arkansas who have both a broker and a salesman, licensed by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) and the Arkansas Auctioneers Licensing Board (AALB).
